28 Sep 09/26 SAS Climb Night at RRG Recap

Last night, we hosted our THIRD monthly climb night at Riverfront Rock Gym (RRG) in Wenatchee in an effort to connect the incredible sisters of our community!  We had such a great time with 20+ sisters coming out to climb. Ages ranged from 9 to 71!! Thank you Heather Eastman, Marisol Woodward, Melissa Forest, and Whitney Woodward for volunteering your time to belay for the night!  You ladies ROCK!!

Ladies started filtering in around 6pm.  At check-in, everyone had a choice of a yummy grounding sugar scrub OR citrus lavender hand balm along with KIND bars to fuel up. Oooooh yes, great way to start the night!  Everyone met upstairs to warm-up and boulder before the 6:45 RAFFLE! Four lucky sisters walked away with some sweet swag.

After the raffle, we hit the walls!  Bouldering. Top rope. Auto-belay. A ton of smiles, laughter, and motivation to share all night.  So much learning. Our new climbers faced fear of heights, sore arms, sore hands. Hang in there sisters – it gets easier!  RRG offers 25% in the Fast Pitch Cafe all night for the ladies! Dinner, drinks, and good chats to end the night.

RRG hosts Women Crush Wednesday every Wednesday!  SAS Monthly Climb Nights are the fourth Wednesday of every month.
